The Black Alumni Society fosters opportunities for African American alumni, students, faculty, staff and university friends to become actively involved in enriching NC State now and in the future. There are numerous opportunities for involvement, such as donating funds for scholarships and other endowments, becoming a member of our various committees, writing for the newsletter, etc. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, contact Keon Pettiway at bas_president@yahoo.com.

Immediate opportunities:

1. Donate $100 for BAS undergraduate scholarship by opening a SunTrust checking account. Learn more »
2. Become a member of the 2008 Black Alumni Reunion and Conference Planning Committee
3. Become a member of the BAS 30th Annivesary Planning Committee
4. Become a member of the 2009 Black Alumni Reunion and Conference Planning Committee. Planning will begin in January 2009.
5. Apply for the following executive board positions: Alumni Development, Communications, Cultural Development, and Social Programs
